This training explores the foundational principles, common practices, and practical applications of restorative justice — a community care strategy that can support difficult conversations, healing and accountability during stressful life events and in the aftermath of harm. Participants will learn the core elements of circle dialogue through direct experience, examining the key concepts of restorative justice with other participants.
