Code of Ethics

  1. Organic Intelligence Only

Artificial Intelligence causes harm to people and the planet. What we create for convenience comes with a cost—in critical thinking and awareness, in fresh water. My work will never be filtered through or generated by artificial intelligence. My words and my perspective are informed by my lived experience, my training and education, and my relationships.

  2. Relationship-First

Relationships shape every context and every conflict. Our professional relationship will be confidential and clearly defined. Your relationships will be regarded as important, deeply considered and when possible, even included in the sustainable path we design moving forward. From workplaces to the home, the relationships that matter most will be centered.

  3. Earth-Conscious

I strive to live in harmony with our planet Earth and I make decisions about my personal and professional life through this lens. If we are far apart, this might mean phone calls and virtual meetings. If we are sharing a meal, this might mean I invite you to a plant-based restaurant. Whenever possible, I will consciously choose more sustainable, Earth-friendly options.

  4. Gift Economy/NOTAFLOF

Late-stage capitalism has reinforced systemic inequity and institutionalized resource inequality. My services will not be withheld due to lack of funds alone (NOTAFLOF - No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds). I offer my services through accessible sliding-scale rates and/or simply as a gift when our values align but financial remuneration is not possible. I can also consider barter/trade economy arrangements and accept gifts as gestures of gratitude.
