This training is designed for organizers and practitioners who want to craft accessible, equitable spaces. Together, we’ll explore twelve practical tools for leading groups of any size towards positive, collaborative processes and projects. This training will be recorded and made available to registrants afterwards for asynchronous learning.

About the Trainer: Caleb Bishop (he/him) is a shapeshifter based in the Willamette Valley. He has trained thousands of young adults with social justice curriculum designed to empower the natural talents of the audience. He contracts with groups centered on climate, labor, gender diversity, racial equity and anti-oppression, and most recently restorative justice and conflict resolution. About the Host: Sophia Solano (she/her/ella) is a restorative justice practitioner, educator, activist, and community organizer designing and developing just social systems in the Pacific NW.
